PeakLog Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 17, 2026

PeakLog stores your list progress, hike notes, completion status, favorites, and display preferences to provide core app features.

If you add photos to a peak entry, photo data is stored so your entries can show those images.

PeakLog uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your own devices when iCloud is enabled.

Your synced data is stored in your iCloud account and is not sold to third parties.

Location: Used only to show your location on the map when you enable “Show My Location.”

Photo Library (Add Only): Used only when you choose to save hike photos to your library.
